Butter Drizzled Tilapia

1 1/4 lb Tilapia fillets (about 5-4oz fillets)1 tbs lemon juice1 tbs unsalted butter1 tbs slivered or sliced almonds, toastedSalt and pepper to taste (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350.
Coat a medium glass baking dish with buter flavored cooking spray.
Place fillets in the prepared dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and then sprinkle with a dash each of salt and pepper.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish fillets flake easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, toast the almonds in one small skillet over medium-low heat and brown the butter in a second small skillet over low heat.
When tilapia is cooked through and flakes, remove from oven, drizzle browned butter over the fillets and sprinkle them with the toasted almonds.
Makes 5 (1 fillet) servings.
