Greek Spinach and Turkey

2 frozen box of Spinach (10 oz)8 cloves of garlic.5 cup chopped onions1 chopped red bell pepper1 package (20 oz) Jennie-O Italian Turkey sausage Hot4 oz Feta4 oz mozzerella
Squeeze meat out of casing and brown turkey sausage. Crumble and brown, do not drain!
While that is browning; chop your onion, pepper and garlic.... Place those in your browned meat. Let simmer until onion is transparent. Thaw your spinah as directed on packaging, drain VERY WELL and add..... Then add cheese right before serving... Let those melt a bit to make a sauce....
Eat on top of stale toasted french bread or whole wheat pasta... not apart of nutritional break down.
Chop Katamala Olives for extra greek flavor and sprinkle on top of each individual serving.
