Salisbury Steak, Onion Gravy

1 can Onion Soup1.5 lbs. ground beef1/2 cup bread crumbs1 egg1/4 tsp. saltDash pepper1 Tbs. lour1/4 cup catsup1/4 cup water1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. mustard
In bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties. In skillet, brown patties; pour off fat. Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth. Add to skillet with remaining ingredients; stir to loosen browned bits. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. Makes 6 servings
