Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients
2lbs. red potatoes1/3 cup sour cream fat free1 t. dill relish6 scallions slicedsalt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Directions
Cover potatoes with cold water and bring to a boil. When fork tender drain potatoes and cool by rinsing in cold water. Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces. Add sour cream, relish, scallions, dill, salt, peper, and garlic powder. Mix gently. Keep refigerated. Approx. 6, 3/4 cup servings
