Black Bean Burritos

Ingredients
1 large can of black beans1 large green bell pepper4 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon of garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste1 yellow onion4 ounces of Neufchatel cheese2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil6 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch)
Directions
put olive oil in skillet on medium heat.
Chop bell pepper, cilantro, and onion and cook.
Add black beans next and stir all ingrediants together.
Allow to simmer and add neufchatel cheese last along with seasonings.
Make sure to mix everything together well or you will have chunks of cheese.
Serve in a tortilla and enjoy
