Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients
3 hardboiled eggs3 tbsp miracle whip (regular)2 tsp yellow mustard1 large celery stalkwhite vinegar to taste
Directions
Hardboil three eggs, then let them cool.

While the eggs are boiling and cooling, chop up the celery and place in a bowl with miracle whip, mustard, and white vinegar.

Once eggs are cooled, peel, chop, and add to bowl.

Mix well and enjoy!

Can also be made with low fat or fat free miracle whip. Great with a few saltine crackers for a snack or in a pita for lunch!

Makes two servings!
