Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 can diced tomatoes 1/4 cup sofrito sauce1/2 onion, chopped1 T. diced jalapeno peppers1 tsp. cumin1 tsp. dried cilantro1 clove garlic, minced1 cup chicken brothSalt and pepper as neededTortilla Chips
Directions
Mix all ingredients except tortilla chips in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is done. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred with two forks. Return to soup and mix well.

Serve with crushed tortilla chips as garnish. May also garnish with diced avocado and monterey jack cheese.
