Hellmann's cholesterol free mayo....4 tbspGarlic.....................................................3 clovesLemon juice.........................................1 tbspWhite vinegar.......................................3 tsp keen's dry mustard..............................1/4 tspworcestershire sauce...........................2 tsp Romaine Lettuce(1.5 or 2 heads)....20 leafsBread - Dempsters Body Wise Whole Wheat (2 slices), 1 serving Parmesan Cheese, shredded..........4 tbsp Tabasco Sauce...................................5 shots
Directions
Wash and shred romaine leaves, toast the bread and make croutons, mix all other ingredients together and blend until smooth, toss into salad and enjoy. top with half a tablespoon of parmesan cheese. Makes 8 servings.
