Broccoli Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes3 stalks broccoli1/4 cup skim milk1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Clean potatoes and make shallow slits in them all around. Bake until done, about 30-60 min., depending on size and mash in mixing bowl. Cut broccoli spears and peel stems. Steam until tender, then chop finely. Add broccoli, milk and cheese to potatoes and mash well.

Makes 5.5 3/4-cup servings.
