Ingredients
6 med. yukon gold spuds3 large hard cooked eggs2 T minced onion, more if suits taste buds1/2 tsp saltdash black pepperdash garlic powderdash dill weed, or to tastedash parsley or to taste1/4 c Olive Oil Mayonnaise2 T milk1 tsp. spicy brown mustarddash of paprikaother herbs or spices such as parsley to taste...could substitute sour cream for milk or use what you have on hand.
Directions
Mix first three ingredients, mix dressing and toss together...saving one egg sliced thin for garnish
