3 Tbl SmartBalance Spread5 Eggs1 1/2 C Four Flour Bean Mix1 1/2 C MilkDash Salt
Melt the butter in an 8x8 pan or 8" quiche dish. Beat the eggs, then add other ingredients and mix. Pour the batter over the melted butter and cook in 425* oven for 25 min. Serve immediately with syrup, jam, warm berries or applesauce. Serves 8 - 55 g servings.
