Ingredients
Egg whites (3)Eggs (2).5 cup of 1% milk (You could use skim to lower to reduce the fat even lower.5 cups Kraft fat-free shredded cheddar1 cup spinach ( I used frozen)Dash of pepperDash of garlic powder
Directions
Recipe makes 6 cupcake-sized quiches. One serving is three quiches.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into 6 greased muffin cups. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
