Tex-Mex Chicken Portobello Burger

Ingredients
1 portobello mushroom, stemmed and gilled4 oz. chicken breast¼ cup salsa1/4 cup lettuce or spinach1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese1 whole grain burger bun½ cup fruit of your choice
Directions
Top mushroom with chicken and bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees F. Add cheese and bake until melted. Serve on bun with salsa and lettuce or condiments of your choice.
