Stuffing, Chicken

Ingredients
2 cups bread crumbs2 diced small onion or 1 medium4 tbl melted butter10 tbl savory (Newfoundland)1 tea black pepper1 tea salt1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, stuff chicken or turkey and bake, or put in casserole dish and bake until onion is cooked. Makes approximately 3 cups, 1/4 cup per serving - 12 servings
