Ingredients
2 chicken breast, no skin1/2 cup Green peppers1/2 cup onions1/2 cup celery1 cup fresh mushrooms2 cans cream of chicken
Directions
Put chicken in the crock pot and let cook overnight. In the morning tear chicken apart with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and let cook 6-7 hours on low. Serves over rice or noodles. Serves 10

    This was ok, I added crushed red pepper to spice it up and frozen peas would have been good also as the above memeber stated. - 8/16/07

    I used this recipe for my batch cooking in Stage 2, Healthy Diet Habit #6. I added pimentos and frozen peas like the Action Steps suggested. But I used the calorie count & nutrient value from this recipe. I thought it needed something crunchy like water chestnuts. - 5/15/07
