1/2 box whole wheat macaroni, cooked1 lb. extra lean ground beef1/4 c. hot peppers, diced1 c. bell peppers, diced1 c. onions, diced3 cloves garlic, minced1 package taco seasoning2/3 c. water1 c. fat free sour cream1 can tomato soup4 fat free sharp cheddar slices1 can sweet corn1 c. colby jack cheese, shreddedAbout 10 tortilla chips, broken
Brown ground beef with hot peppers, peppers and onions. Add taco seasoning & water and simmer for 5 minutes. In a separate pot, heat tomato soup, sour cream and cheddar cheese slices until melted. Mix ground beef mixture with sauce and corn in 9x13 baking dish. Gently stir in cooked macaroni. Top with shredded cheese and broken tortilla chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 9 1-cup servings.

You're absolutely right. After making it the second time, it's more like 9 - still pretty good in calories, even with the larger serving.
