Banana Cake

Ingredients
Bananas to make one cup mashed1 cup Whole wheat flour1/4 cup soy flour1/4 cup white flour1/4 tsp.salt1/2 cup Smart Balance (or other margarine)1 cup Splenda1/4 cup sugar2 eggs2 tsp vanilla1/4 cup yogurt1 tsp. baking soda1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
1. Cream the margarine and sugar/Splenda
2. Beat in the two eggs till light and fluffy & add vanilla
3. mix the flours and salt together in a separate bowl, and mash bananas in another.
4. mix the baking soda with the yogurt and add to sugar butter mixture, then the banana, and then the flours.
5. Add Walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350-360 degrees for 50 Minutes
