Butter Spray 1 pound chicken boneless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips1/2 cup ham, cut in thin strips2 chicken bouillon cubes2/3 cup hot water1 cup skim milk1 T. cornstarch1/2 t. dry mustard1/4 t. pepper1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
Spray frying pan and cook chicken and ham until no pink remains. Add bouillon to hot water to dissolve. Stir together milk, cornstarch, mustard and black pepper. Add dissolved bouillon and milk mixture to chicken, stir constantly over medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Simmer 1 minute. Add cheese, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Toss pasta with sauce, serve immediately. 4 - 6 servings
