Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20.8 oz *Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown, 2 cup Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) Beef bouillon, 2 portion, amount of dry mix to make Egg, fresh, 2 large
Directions
Steam cabbage. Cook rice, mix it and all other ingredients in a large bowl. Roll mounds of hamburg mixture into trimmed cabbage leaves. Layer in large pot. Mix ketchup & water, pour over glumpkis. Cover. Bake in 350 oven 2 hours, remove cover, bake 1-2 hours more, until browned.

    Hmm.. different variation of he Polish glumpkis.. we use garlic, home canned tomatoes, ,, I cannot have the sugar in catsup, so I would use the former,, I LOVE these though.. - 6/5/09
