"Wendy's" chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef, extra lean29 oz tomato sauce29 oz kidney beans, canned29 oz pinto beans, canned1 cup onion, diced1/2 cup diced green chilies1/2 cup celery, diced29 oz diced tomato, canned2 tsp cumin2 tsp chili powder2 tsp salt2 cup water
Directions
Brown meat and drain off the fat. Add all ingredients cook on low for 2 to 4 hours.
