yummy avocado, mango cocktail

Ingredients
Avocados, 1 fruit Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Honey, 1.5 tbsp Mangos, 1 cup, sliced Pomegranates, .5 fruit (without skin)
Directions
peel all fruits,
put half mangos in blender, add .25 cup water to liquidate it. put an equal amoun in 4 glasses for serving, in these glasses put cubes of pinapple and the rest of mangos.
put milk, avocados, and honey in the blender.
pour the mixture evenly in the 4 glasses then garnish with poegranates on the top
serve it cold with a spoon for the chunks
