1 28 oz can no salt added diced tomatoes1 19 oz can lentils1/2 block Sunrise extra-firm tofusalt to tastepepperspices
Open both cans, pour into a pot, crumble up tofu and add, add salt, pepper, and spices of your choice - I used oregano,basil, and bay leaves - and simmer for up to twenty minutes. Makes two good-sized bowls of foodstuffs.
