Curried Chicken Salad w/Blueberries & Pecans

Ingredients
8 oz Chicken, shredded1/4 cup blueberries1/4 cup pecans, diced1/4 cup onions or green onions2 tsp curry powderenough mayo to make it stick together (4 tbsp-ish)
Directions
Place all ingredients into a bowl.

Mix.

Eat.

This is SO GOOD! I'm going to use almonds instead of pecans next time.

    In the picture it appears that there is feta cheese (or something similar) in the recipe. It doesn't look like mayo.

    Sounds yummy! I'm usually short on protein at the end of the day, so I might up the amount of chicken and switch to light mayo to reduce the fat. Can't wait to try this! - 2/20/13
