blt goat cheese quesadilla

Ingredients
1 oz goat cheese, crumbled1 low carb flour tortilla1 medium slice bacon,cooked & crumbled1/4 c. chopped tomatoesshredded lettuce1 tbls chopped scallions
Directions
Spray one side of tortilla with cooking spray. Place in frying pan on med-high heat. Top with goat cheese, scallions and bacon. Cook until brown on bottom and cheese is melted. Remove from pan, top with lettuce and tomato. Fold in half or can be eaten open faced.
