1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup fiber one cereal (crushed in the food processor) 1 cup Fiber One once crushed equals 1/2 cup.3/4 C Splenda granular3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/3 vegetable oil1 egg1/3 cup FF milk 1 C frozen blueberries2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins and/or liners.
Combine flour, crushed Fiber One, Splenda, salt ,cinnamon and baking powder.
Pour oil into measuring cup, add the egg and then enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this in the flour mixture.
Fold in blueberries and fill muffin tins.
Make 12 small muffins.
Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
