Good Morning Omelet

Ingredients
2 Eggs2 Slices of Turkey Bacon1/2 cup chopped tomatoes1/2 cup chopped mushrooms1/4 cup green peppers1/4 cup red peppers1/4 cup onions2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheeseSalt and Pepper to tasteGarlic salt to taste
Directions
1. Cook turkey bacon and chope; set aside in bowl.
2. Chop all veggies and add to bacon in bowl.
2. Beat eggs and add 1 tbsp of water to mixture. Season to taste. Mix with veggies and bacon.
3. Spray frying pan with Pam cooking spray.
4. Add mixture to frying pan. Cook at medium to low heat until almost done then add cheese.
5. Serve and Enjoy.
