1 can Hunts diced tomatos with basil & garlic1 Cup tomato juice.5 cup canned or cfresh mushroooms sliced.5 Cup chopped green peppers.5 Cup chopped onions.5 cup whole wheat elbow macaroni1 cup sliced zucchini.5 cup beef bouillion/brothgarlic,basil and oregano to taste
Put can of tomatos, mushrooms,onion, green peppers and spices in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer, add tomato juice, bouillion and macaroni. As macaroni begins to coo and expand, add alittle water if moisture is needed. Add zucchini last. Cover and simmer until zucchini and macaroni are tender. Makes 2 large servings.
