old fashioned oatmeal raisin cookies

Ingredients
1 c butter1 c white sugar2 1/2c oatmeal2 c flour1/2 c wheat bran1 c coconut1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon2 eggs2 tbsp milk ( more if needed)
Directions
Cream butter (or margarine if you prefer) add sugar. Add the rest of the dry ingredients. Mix the milk and eggs and add to dry ingredients. You may need to add a bit more milk if the mixture is too dry. Roll into walnut sized balls and flatten with a floured fork. Bake on a greased (or spray with Pam). Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min. Makes about 36 cookies.

    oops!!! sorry i forgot one cup of raisins. I like the dark ones because they are more flavourful. this was my first attempt at sharing a recipe and i am only two weeks into the program, so forgive me. I love this program and have recommended it to everyone I know!
