Steel Cut Oatmeal

Ingredients
1c Milk, 1%1c Oatmeal, Steel Cut3c Water1tsp salt
Directions
Bring milk and water to a boil. Stir in oats and reduce heat to a simmer. Stir occasionally. Cook until all liquid absorbed, approx 20 min.
Makes 4 serving of about 1 cup.
