1lb lean ground beef1 onion1 cup mushrooms1 can of black beans1 can tomatoesauce1 lg can stewed tomatoes1 cup of frozen corn
Directions
Frist brown onions and mushrooms set aside and brown meat. then add all ingredients to corkpot and stir. set on high and cook for 1hr. Will serve 8 people.
