Vegetarian Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla1/4 Cup *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce3/4 Cup Shredded Cheese (marble is best)1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms1/2 Cup Diced Green Peppers
Directions
-Preheat oven to 325F
-Prepare the tortilla on a small cookie tray
-Spread *Ragu spaghetti sauce over whole wheat tortilla with a spoon
-Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sauce
-Add sliced mushrooms and diced green peppers
-Place in the oven (on the small cookie tray)
-Bake for about 15 minutes or until tortilla is crispy
-Remove tray from oven and let pizza cool for about 10 minutes
-Slice pizza into 4 pieces and Enjoy! =)

Makes 1 small pizza (or 4 small slices)
