2/3 cup uncooked whole wheat spiral pasta1/2 cup cubed cooked chicken breast1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted2 T. chopped onion2 T. dried cranberries2 T. chopped celery1/4 cup poppy seed salad dressingRomaine lettuce leaves
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain well. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the chicken, almonds, onion, cranberries and celery. Stir in the pasta. Drizzle with salad dressings; toss to coat. Chill until serving. Makes 2 1-cup servings.
