Veggie Omelett

Ingredients
1 large egg1 TBS fresh diced tomato1 TBS fres diced yellow bell pepper3 leaf of fresh spinach cut and diced
Directions
Scramble 1 large egg in bowl then pour in frying pan cook then flip. Put all vegetables on half of egg then fold in half and serve. Makes one serving.
