coconut macaroons Passover

Ingredients
2 egg whites1./2 t vanilla1/2 c sugar1 1/3 c coconut
Directions

Whip whites and vanilla to soft peaks, add sugar by T full until hard peaks, fold in coconut drop 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 325 until lightly brown. cool before eating, maybe drizzled with chocolate.
