Ingredients
2/3 c sliced carrot1/2 c diced onion2 garlic cloves minced3 c ff chix broth1.5 c green cabbage diced.5 c green beans1 tbl tomato paste.5 tsp dried basil.25 tsp dried oregano.25 tsp dalt.5 c diced zucchini
Directions
Spray a large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray, heat. Saute' the carrot, onion,and garlic over low heat until softened ~5 min. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tom paste, basil, oregano and salt bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer ~15 min or until beans are tender. Stir in zucchini and heat for 3-4 min.
