Easy Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Red Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) (remove)Milk, 2%, 0.5 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Prego Spaghetti Sauce, 52 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cut onion and carrots(small)



Cook in olive oil and sea salt and pepper for about 5-8 minutes – SWEAT DON’T CARMELIZE



Add hamburger meat and 1 heaping teaspoon of minced/crushed garlic

Add ½ teaspoon of allspice and 1 teaspoon of Worcherschire Sauce OPTIONAL



After cooked add 2/3 cup of wine. Boil down (5 minutes or so)



Add ½ cup chicken broth. Boil down (5 minutes or so) OPTIONAL

Add ½ cup milk. Boil down (5 minutes or so)



Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 1 ½ to 2 hours. DO NOT BOIL DOWN. It should slowly reduce but not a lot.
