Fruit and Veggie Salad with a Kick

Ingredients
1 cored pineapple, chopped, or 1 can cut pineapple in natural juice (reserve 1/4 cup of the juice of either one you use)1 large green, red or yellow bell pepper, chopped1/2 red onion, chopped1/2 seedless cucumber, chopped2 ribs celery, chopped1 tomato, choppedjuice of one lime1 teaspoon chili powder1/3 cup extra virgin olive oilsalt and pepperhot sauce (like Tobasco Sauce) to your taste
Directions
Combine pineapple, peppers, onions, cucumber, celery and tomatoes. In a small bowl, combine pineapple juice, with lime juice and chili powder then whisk in olive oil and season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste. Add in a few dashes of hot sauce if you like. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
