Shrimp with Spiral Pasta and Zucchini

Ingredients
* *Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 8 oz * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced * Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices * Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.3 cup, chopped * Garlic, 3 tsp * Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz * Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup *Oregano, 1 TBS *Crushed red pepper, to taste * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp
Directions
Cook Pasta according to directions on package. Meanwhile, cook onions, gr. pepper, mushrooms, zucchini and garlic until tender. Add tomatoes, Oregano, red pepper and shrimp and heat through. Put over pasta and top with parmesan. Makes 4 servings.
