Fat-free Cool Whip Fruit Salad

-8oz tub of fat free cool whip, thawed-15oz can of mandarin oranges, drained-20oz can of crushed pineapple (in unsweetened juice) UNDRAINED-1oz pkg of Jell-o sugar free-fat free instant pudding, vanilla
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and cover.
Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
Makes 10, 1/2-cup servings

I've had this recipe as an old WW recipe and it is one of my favs!!! I usually use sugar free, fat free white chocolate pudding or the cheesecake flavor. Both are excellent! And instead of oranges, I've used mangos and/or pineapple tidbits. Would love to try it with oranges instead though! - 11/13/10
