Green Bean and Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
7 Cups of Green Beans (Appproximately, yield from cans or before cooking)1 Cup of diced mushrooms1/4 Cup of diced onion2 slices of bacon1 Can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1/3 cup of reduced fat or light sour creamOther spices to taste. Suggestions include thyme, Mrs. Dash table blend, pepper, red pepper. Avoid salt as the other ingredients add quite a bit.
Directions
1. Render bacon down to 1/2 cooked and add onions and mushrooms. Saute until bacon is done and onions are mostly clear.
2. Add green beans to base. Stir and heat through slightly.
3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Heat for approximately 5 minutes on low.

Makes approximately 6 1-up servings.
