Orzo, Feta, Avacado and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 lb Orzo pasta1/4 cup olive oilsalt1 avacado, cut into small cubes1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved2 cloves garlic, minced3 shallots, minced1 jalapeno chili, mincedjuice of 1/2 orangegrated zest of 1 lemon3 oz feta cheeseleaves from 6 fresh majoram sprigs, chopped
Directions
Cook orzo until al dente 8-10 min.
Rinse under cold water and drain.
Add remaining ingredients and enjoy.
