Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Light meat from roasted chicken1 package of shredded cabbage with carrots1 package of bean sprouts1 small can of sliced waterchestnuts1/2 bottle of Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce1 large head of iceberg lettuce
Cut chicken into small pieces. Chop waterchestnuts. Carefully remove outer lettuce leaves and set aside. Combine chicken, waterchestnts, cabbage and carrots, bean sprouts, and stir-fry sauce. Mix. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves. Fold tops of lettuce leaves over and eat like a burrito (minus the calories). Be ready for a bit of a mess!

Calorie count looks low! That's great! How do you know how much chicken to use to keep the calorie count that low? - 6/30/09

The calorie count is so low, because basically other than the chicken it is all vegies. I got the chicken calorie count from SparkPeople's "Add Food" pop up. I'm assuming that "Light meat from roasted chicken" means the white meat from a grocery store roasted chicken. That's what I used.
