Coconut syrup

Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk3 Tbs. tapioca starch or corn starch mixed with 1/4 cup water3 Tbs. sugarpinch of salt
Directions
1. in a small sauce pan, bring coconut milk to a boil, add the tapioca starch, sugar and salt. Stirring it constantly until the sauce thickens. (about 3 - 5 minutes)
2. Set aside in a bowl to cool.
