Sugar Free Sweet & Sour Cabbage

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 medium Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)Splenda, 1/2 cupSalt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dash Cider Vinegar, .5 cup dried dill weed, 1/2 tspWater 5 cups
Directions
Shred carrots and cabbage into a sealable plastic container,

Mix together splenda, vinegar, salt, pepper and dill

Add mixture to cabbage,

Slowly add cold tap water to cover

Seal container to mix all ingredients fully

The longer the mixture is stored, the more flavorful it becomes. Allow to sit one hour before serving.
