Ingredients
1/2 ZUCCHINI~CHOPPED1 CUP FROZEN CORN2 SCALLIONS~CHOPPED2 TBS PARSLEY~CHOPPED1/2 CUP FROZEN SHELLED EDAMAME2 TBS I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER LIGHT1/4 CUP WATER4 TBS PHILADELPHIA 1/3 LESS FAT CREAM CHEESE2 TBS GARLIC TERIYAKI SAUCE4 TBS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESEGARLIC SALT TO TASTE PEPPER TO TASTE
Directions
Throw everything except the scallions into a pot. cook for 5 minutes on med. heat, stirring occasionally. Cover and cook for about 10 more minutes or until chunks of zucchini areb tender (but not mushy). add scallions, stir and serve!

    I'm sorry, I wish we liked this but I ended up throwing it all away. No one in my family liked it. It kinda smelled weird while cooking it and had an oddly sweet flavor to it. I'm sorry again. - 12/14/11
