Arnold Select Sandwich Thins Multi Grain 1 Sandwich thin1/4 cup pizza sauce or tomato sauceMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (about 1/4 cup)Hormel Sliced Turkey Pepperoni -6 slicesGreen Bell Peppers ChoppedMushrooms, cooked 1/4 cupSliced black olives- 1 TBLS
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Top Sandwich Thin with sauce and cheese and remaining toppings. Put on cookie sheet and bake 6-10 minutes. Enjoy!

    I toasted the bread first for additional crispness. SInce sodium is an issue in our house, I left off the olives. Great treat for snacking or on a buffet style lunch table. - 6/11/09
