Ingredients
*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1/3 cupWater, 2/3 cup*Mixed Nuts, unsalted, 2 TbspBlueberries, fresh, 1/3 cupBanana, fresh, 1/2Strawberries, fresh, 3 large Yoplait yogurt, light 100g (any flavour to sweeten)
Directions
Cook oats with water for 1 minute
Slice banana and strawberries and mix in other ingredients. ENJOY! Very filling :)
