2 Cups sliced Zucchini2 Cups sliced Summer Squash2 Cups Onions Quartered1 Can Cut Green Beans1 Can Wax Beans1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans( Spicy or Not)1 Can Diced Tomatos with Basil Oregano1 Can Cannellini Beans6 Cups Chicken Broth 100% FF 33% Less Sod2 Tbsp Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti Sauce BlendWater as needed3 Cups of Baby Spinach
Prepare Vegetables. Put all ingredients in Stock Pot or large dutch oven. Simmer approx 20 minutes until Zuch, Summer Squash and Onions are cooked to your likeness. Keep in mind that you will have leftovers and will reheat so a little more cooking will take place then. At the very end of cooking wilt the spinach in.
