1 - 1.5 lbs extra lean ground beef1 14.75 oz can cream style corn1 10 oz. reduced fat cream mushroom soup4-5 medium red potatoes, peeled and diced
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Spread peeled and diced potatoes in bottom of pan. Brown hamburger, drain, stir mushroom soup and cream style corn into hamburger. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour hamburger mixture over potatoes to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked through.
