Curry Lentil Soup

Ingredients
3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth or Water1 Cup Lentils (dry)1 Cup onions chopped1 Cup pepper (red, yellow or green) chopped1 tsp ginger1 tsp cumin1 tsp curry1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine Lentils with Chicken broth or water (whichever you prefer). Bring to boil.
Add tomatoes, peppers, onions and seasonings.
Lower to simmer for 45mins.
